Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made more than 60 days prior to occupancy date will receive a full refund minus the processing fee (2.95%). All cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the occupancy date will forfeit 100% of payments made. If balance due/final payment is not received by the due date as presented in the rental agreement, your reservation will be treated as cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-rent the property as represented above. If a guest is disappointed or unsatisfied with the property due to differences in taste according to decor, accommodations, location, construction, mountain road conditions, etc. and declines to stay at the property, this will be considered a cancellation and no rent reduction or refund will be issued. All cancellations by guest must be made in writing/e-mail to info@avlvr.com.

50% deposit is required to secure reservation when outside the 60 day window of desired check-in date. Full payment required to secure reservation if made within 60 day window of desired check-in date. Reservations are not confirmed until the initial deposit, or full payment whichever applies, is secured by AVL.

"Amazing"
We stayed over Christmas. They had the house beautifully decorated including a Christmas tree. There were seven family members staying in the house and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. We loved sitting by the outside fireplace with the warmest blankets I have ever felt. The location of the house gives you tons of privacy but you are also a short drive from stores and restaurants. I would recommend this house to anyone and can't wait to come back.
"Gorgeous Mountain Home"
The Chateau is so stunning and made the most wonderful base for our visit to Asheville. We only wish we could have stayed longer! The location is serene and very private. The only sounds we heard were the birds and the wind gently rustling the leaves in the forest. We enjoyed walks around the property and neighborhood every day. The home is beautifully decorated and the large covered patio with fireplace was our go-to hangout each evening. It felt like we were a world away from town and yet it was a quick drive to every convenience. We enjoyed having a chef come in to prepare a lovely meal one night, apple picking in nearby orchards, touring the Biltmore Estate, and wonderful restaurants in Asheville. Thank you for sharing your piece of Heaven with us! We highly recommend this amazing property.

We had a wonderful trip to Asheville and absolutely loved this home! The decor is gorgeous, and the location is peaceful yet a short drive from town. One of our favorite places was the outdoor porch with plenty of comfortable seating for all of us. The communication from the owners/property group was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect house for us! We went to see snow with our 4 kids - didn't see real snow, but had a great vacation!! Our kids loved the house and grounds so much, that upon taking them to explore Asheville they would just ask "can't we just go back to the house to play outside???" Comfortably appointed for all of us, we LOVED the outdoor area. Owners couldn't have been nicer recommending activities, restaurants (Curate was a highlight), and a private chef (CrackerJack Chef was AMAZING). Thanks for a great spot. We would definitely stay again!

"Fabulous Vacation Getaway"
This property was amazing! The photos were beautiful, but the actual space was incredible! We were a group of three couples. We enjoyed the space so much that we cancelled dinner plans and stayed in, using the outdoor space and grill. We also convened every day for breakfast and happy hour before and after our day’s activities. The house felt secluded and private- beautifully landscaped with a fire pit and pond- but just minutes from downtown Asheville. Staying at this Lynn Cove property was the cherry on top of our extremely fun trip to Asheville!

This house is amazing inside and out. I stayed with some of my cousins for an annual girls trip. We all loved it! We spent a lot of time on the back deck with a fire (even in July!). Every room was beautiful. not a speck of dust. Well decorated. The kitchen had everything you could need. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

The property was fantastic, the house had ample space for 9 of us. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The Chateau had everything we were looking for for our Christmas family getaway! Great location, close to all the wonderful restaurants Asheville has to offer. The home was a dream! It had everything we could have asked for and was beautifully decorated for our Christmas away! We especially LOVED the outdoor area and fireplace where we all would gather to talk and relax. Would highly recommend this home to stay in, super clean and immaculately kept. Would definitely rank our time there as a 10/10 experience! We will be back!

Simply put , this home was absolute perfection. This luxury property did not disappoint at all and we and our guests enjoyed every moment staying at the Château. There was ample space, every space was appointed beautifully, comfortably, and functionally. Although we loved every bit of the inside , outside may have been even better. The patio with the large fireplace was great to finish each night at , and the grounds were stunning. We definitely hope to have the pleasure of staying here again for our next stay in Asheville.

Exceptional home on a beautiful property, well curated both inside and out! Abundant space in multiple living rooms and seating areas, and an incredible covered outdoor patio with fireplace. The grounds are also very walkable with babbling brook and front side pond. All amenities and features are as described, no issues throughout the entire stay. Would gladly visit again on a future trip!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The patio area was heavenly! The kids (8 and 9 years old) enjoyed exploring the property, finding "gems" and making smores. Our friends joined us with their kids of similar age for the weekend and it was perfect for entertaining. Every bed was comfortable and luxurious. I loved how the hosts left out hot chocolate and smores supplies for the kids. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect mountain getaway for our family of 7. We spent our Christmas holiday week here and it was awesome. All the beds are super comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and plenty of room the gather together. The outside pavilion and fireplace was where we spent the most time. The location to downtown and all areas around Asheville was perfect. Close enough to everything but just far enough away to feel like you’ve escaped the hustle and bustle. The grounds are very well manicured and fun to walk around. We saw lots of wild life and even hiked to the top of the mountain. I would highly recommend the chateaux and will be back again.

Our family of six adults and two children enjoyed a wonderful week at The Chateau, an enchanting home minutes from downtown Asheville. The 7 acre property offered privacy and convenience and all the amenities you could dream of for a mountain vacation— a stream and pond, a fire pit, a beautifully furnished outdoor pavilion with fireplace to warm your guests on cool evenings. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, beds comfortable, bathroooms exquisite. Rooms are large, open layout welcoming, and furniture tasteful and comfortable. Hosts thought of everything, providing ample towels, kitchen staples and paper products. House is brand new and immaculate. Easy 15 minute drive to downtown and even closer to shopping and restaurants. We couldn’t have been happier.

We loved your home so much that we even ended spending more time indoors than we had initially planned. Every detail, from the luxurious furniture down to the fresh linens and fresh flowers did not go unnoticed. Your outdoor patio made us feel as if were transported to a beautiful, tranquil and isolated mountainside and was a beautiful place for us to sit back and take in the incredible scenery your land has to offer. We truly enjoyed our stay in what could only be referred to as “a little ‘peace’ of heaven” and we can not wait to come back for more.

Our plans for a weekend getaway in Asheville was met with with luxury and comfort. . Upon arrival, every room was beautifully setup including the bathrooms, and the kitchen which was ready for in home dining or cooking-which we had the pleasure to enjoy! Every room is designed with elegant detail and comfort-down to the mattresses...no expense spared. Living areas were spacious and comfortable. Great location and amazing property for early morning walks and beautiful views from each room in the house. Hoping to visit again soon!
