Beautiful bright 5,500 square foot, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located in one of Asheville’s most sought after neighborhoods; 5 miles north of Downtown Asheville, 8 miles from the gates of Biltmore Estate, 4 miles to Omni Grove Park Inn, 3.5 miles to UNC Asheville, 21 miles to Asheville Regional Airport, close to groceries, gas and eateries.
As you open the front door you enter into a spacious 2 story foyer. The dining room, with seating for up to 10 guests, is immediately to your right, and living room straight ahead. But the focal point of the home is the large kitchen and huge den, both of which open onto the bright enclosed furnished sunroom…this is where all the activity will be.
The well equipped kitchen, with wall of windows, has a large island, stainless steel appliances, Jenn Air grill, electric cooktop, Bose sound system, and flat screen TV. There’s plenty of room for all to gather to prepare a meal. The den has a brick wall to ceiling wood burning fireplace, large flat screen TV with surround sound and DVD player. Both of these rooms open onto the glass enclosed furnished sunroom with gas fireplace, casual seating and farm table, which accommodates 10 guests. Double glass/screen doors open onto the furnished deck with gas grill, hooked into house supply, overlooking the golf course. You may have to share the view with the wild Turkeys that roam the neighborhood.
The main level also boasts a twin bedroom, half bath, and queen bedroom with private full bath, and french doors which open onto a side brick patio area.
Take the grand stairway up to the second level; king master with private bath, large tile walk in shower, and huge walk in closet, queen bedroom with flat panel TV, large closet, and en-suite bath, second queen bedroom with large closet and shared bath, and the laundry room.
The lower level boasts a huge entertainment area with bar, flat panel TV, casual seating, gas fireplace, billiard and foosball table, full bath.
This is a great family home!

In order to maintain the home regular cleaning by an established service familiar with the home is required. Cleaning is not a profit center for the management company but provided by and paid directly to the cleaning service. Please contact us for more information.

All cancellations made more than 60 days prior to occupancy will forfeit 50% of the nightly rental fee, plus the processing charge (2.95%). All cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the occupancy date will forfeit 100% of the nightly rental fee paid, plus the processing charge (2.95%). Any payment toward Cleaning Fee, Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Fee (ARDI), Facility Fee, will be refunded. Guest will be entitled to a refund less the cancellation fee, 25% of total nightly rental fee paid to date, if the property is re-rented for the same term (number of days), or portion there of, and at the same rate as contracted by the guest. AVL Property Management will make a diligent effort to re-rent the property. If balance due/final payment is not received by the due date as presented in the rental agreement, your reservation will be treated as cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-rent the property as indicated above. If a guest is disappointed or unsatisfied with the property due to differences in taste according to decor, accommodations, location, construction, mountain road conditions, etc. and declines to stay at the property, this will be considered a cancellation and no rent reduction or refund will be issued. All cancellations by guest must be made in writing/e-mail to Beth@AVLVR.com.
50% deposit is required to secure reservation when outside the 60 day window of desired check-in date. Full payment required to secure reservation if made within 60 day window of desired check-in date. Reservations are not confirmed until the initial deposit, or full payment whichever applies, is secured by AVL.
